After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that in some cases your order could be sent in multiple shipments to provide you with the fastest service possible.

VAT:
Prices always include VAT when shipping to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom and the USA. For all the other countries (such as Norway, Switzerland and Iceland), VAT and Custom Taxes will be collected by the courier on the day of delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES:
You do not have to pay import taxes and/or duties if you receive your shipment at an address within the European Union, the United Kingdom and the USA. If your shipment is sent to an extra EU country (e.g. Norway, Switzerland and Iceland), you will be required to pay import taxes and/or duties depending on the current regulations. Import taxes and duties will be collected directly by the courier upon delivery or through other methods based on the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay. As the recipient, the customer is the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We accept most major credit cards on our website except for American Express. While we do not accept cash upon delivery or payment by Bank Transfer, depending on the country you are shipping to, we also offer PayPal, iDeal, Klarna and other real time bank transfer options. You can see the full payment options available to you after entering your shipping and billing address at checkout.

Shipping Address: For security reasons, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can then contact the relevant courier and provide them with additional information for the delivery of your parcel.

Billing Address: We are unable to make changes to your billing address. Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to modify any information in your order once it has been sent to our warehouse for packaging.

If you want to change the colour or size of an item you ordered, you can return the item and place a new order. Baracuta does not offer a replament service. All shipments are sent with DHL Express Carrier. DHL On-Demand Delivery Service is provided without any additional cost to the customer, whenever it is granted by the courier.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We accept return requests within 14 days with proof of purchase.
You can drop your parcel off at any DHL service point within 5 working days of receipt of the prepaid label. If you request a home pick-up, you should give the parcel to the courier on the scheduled date and time.

Item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean with all tags still attached, and must include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or it may be refused.
Hemmed items, or altered items, cannot be returned.

RETURN COSTS
A return fee of €15 will always be applied to cover the cost of the return label.This fee will be waived if the item you receive is damaged or different from what you ordered. For all other currencies, the equivalent of €15 will be applied based on current exchange rates.

Easy returns are available on all Baracuta orders, if requested within 14 days. Please note that a €15 (or equivalent in your local currency) shipping fee is applied to all returns, to cover courier costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, no fee will be appllied.

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes the inspection process, the refund process will begin. Your refund will be issued within our standard timeframe of 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot process a return if we do not have proof of purchase.

We currently do not offer an exchange service regarding the garment's colour and/or size. You will therefore have to proceed with the return request on the Return Portal. Please note that a €15 (or equivalent in your local currency) shipping fee is applied to all returns, to cover courier costs and will not be refunded. Once your garment reaches our warehouse we will proceed with the refund. You can place a new order at any time: you can either wait for your refund or just place it right away. To allow for a smooth and efficient process at our warehouse, we kindly ask that you do not consolidate orders when sending us items back for a refund. Please print one return label per order and attach it to the outside of each package with the relevant items and packing slip inside. Once your order reaches our warehouse, our team will be able to quickly identify the items you have sent back, and ensure you are refunded as swiftly as possible. If the returned item does not pass the return process because it does not meet the conditions described in our Returns Policy, the item will be returned to the customer.

The WR treatment used on garments made from Baracuta Cloth like the G9 Harrington can last from 1 to 2 washes, depending on whether the garment is washed individually or with other items (as friction with other garments may aid in the removal of the WR treatment). The WR treatment lasts this amount of time due to the fact Baracuta uses a less aggressive treatment which is in line with current European Union regulations and sustainability guidelines. Baracuta offers a repair and restoration service for our customers. To avail of this service, customers can easily get in touch with our dedicated Customer Care Team and submit their requests for evaluation. Once submitted, they will be promptly added to our waiting list.
